REFUND & CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our team via email or phone with their order details.

Note: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued for eligible cancelled orders including items unavailable in the store at the time of order placement.

If a customer cancels an order within the stipulated time frame and the payment has been made, a full refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Once a refund is processed, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider.

Refunds are not applicable for personalized or custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

 

Return Policy:

Customers may return items within 3 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our team for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the unwanted item following the return policy guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they must contact our team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We may require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item to process a refund or replacement.

Exceptions:

Special promotions, clearance, or discounted items may have different refund and cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds or cancellations for purchases made through third-party platforms may be subject to their policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify our refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
