Return Policy:

Customers may return items within 3 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our team for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued for eligible cancelled orders including items unavailable in the store at the time of order placement.

If a customer cancels an order within the stipulated time frame and the payment has been made, a full refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Once a refund is processed, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider.

Refunds are not applicable for personalized or custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Shipping Methods

• We have collaborated with DTDC Courier services for shipment of orders received through our website. We currently ship to addresses serviceable by DTDC within India .

• We offer standard shipping for your convenience within stipulated shipping time provided by the courier.

• Standard shipping typically takes upto 15 business days for domestic orders.
